Fisk University welcomes all employers, universities, and alumni to participate in on-campus recruitment. If your organization would like to post open positions or recruit on campus, please access Bulldog Career Connect with the link below.

    • Your company’s participation in the On-Campus Recruitment Programs begins with your registration in Bulldog CareerConnect. **If you would like to post job/internship postings, you must register your company. 

 

    • New user? To register with Bulldog CareerConnect, visit our webpage at https://app.purplebriefcase.com/pb/account/login?s=Fisk. Press New Employer to create an account. Registered user? Enter your username and password and click Submit. Forgot password? Click on the “Forgot your password” tab to have it reset.

Job Postings should include the following:

  • Company contact information is included on the website and there is a physical address and organization description included.
  • A phone number and email address.
  • A detailed company profile is required.

When posting positions, please do not include the following:

  • Do not include work for individuals (personal assistants) or in private homes.
  • Do not include positions that pay in cash.
  • Do not ask students for account numbers or personal banking information.
  • Do not share jobs/internships that require out of pocket expenses for start-up or during the duration of the opportunity.
  • Do not post positions that are in the adult entertainment industry, escort services, presentation modeling or anything associated with alcohol or drugs, etc.
  • Do not post positions that require employees to provide funds for supervisors or other company representatives.
  • Do not include positions that cannot be linked to a website or contact.

Annual Fall Career and Graduate School Fair 

Spring Nashville Area Career Fair

Career/job fairs are designed to provide a venue for sharing employment information only. They are not intended for recruiting other businesses or for selling products and/or services.

Employers and Graduate/Professional Schools should register for fairs through the Bulldog CareerConnect site. If employers have problems registering, please contact the office for assistance.

Employers/Schools with unpaid bills from previous career fairs or other recruiting services will not be allowed to continue recruiting. This includes all current and future recruiting options.

Career Fair Registration Prices:

Business Rate-$250

Graduate and Professional School Rate- $250

Non-profit/Government Rate - $125

  • If you are interested in participating in Fisk Career Fairs, please contact the Office of Career Planning & Development at 615-329-8504.

Graduate schools and employers can make reservations for tables and rooms for on-campus visits during the fall and spring semesters.

  • Fall recruitment begins late August and concludes late November.
  • Spring recruitment begins Mid-January and concludes Mid- April.
  • Please make reservations 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure availability. If you are traveling, please send your request in a month in advance. **Space Management requires space requests 14 business days in advance.
